📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to track progress and manage tasks.
• Mentor and guide project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project success.
• Monitor project performance and risk, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future project outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in project management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Certifications in PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
