As a Housekeeping Supervisor at ASRI, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating daily cleaning schedules, training and mentoring your team, and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with property managers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns, and you'll have the chance to develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules, taking into account the specific needs of each property and the availability of staff.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all items are accounted for and in good condition.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or concerns.
• Work closely with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
• Ensure that all staff adhere to strict hygiene protocols and health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to housekeeping operations, such as turnover rates, staff satisfaction, and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the housekeeping or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of housekeeping staff.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, hygiene standards, and health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi or OnQ, is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different properties as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
