📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties.,Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and DENR PCO certification requirements.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to address property maintenance and repair needs.,Implement and maintain environmental management systems to minimize pollution and environmental impact.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure property and environmental standards are met.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.,Handle and resolve tenant complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, and environmental compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Property Management, or a related field.,Certified as a DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with property management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
