📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and culture systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Document and record test results, observations, and any anomalies in the laboratory information system (LIS).
• Participate in quality control activities to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide technical support and interpret test results.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in laboratory technology and best practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high standards of laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software such as LIS, LIMS, and automated analyzers.
