Tiland Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Planner to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of property development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the local market and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for property development projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones are met.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all local regulations and building codes.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and management, preferably in the property development industry.,Strong knowledge of local regulations and building codes in Bali.,Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
