📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the outlet's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Provide excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the outlet, ensuring it is clean, organized, and appealing to customers.,Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote and sell products effectively.,Conduct regular audits of the outlet's operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements and priorities.
