📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve operational targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
