Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes,Manage and coordinate with various departments to achieve company goals,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve optimal performance,Handle customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high service standards,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using operational management software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms
