📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all purchasing activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services to meet departmental needs.,Monitor and control purchasing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to company policies.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of goods.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure quality and reliability.,Prepare and maintain detailed purchasing records and reports for internal and external use.,Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and business operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian business practices and regulations is an advantage.
