Sentral Bimo Dental Clinic is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for ensuring high-quality dental products. This role is based in Palopo and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product quality.,Train and develop the production team to enhance their skills and productivity.,Conduct regular production meetings to address issues and improve processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and adjust production accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with dental product manufacturing is a plus.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
