📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the open-pit mine, ensuring safe and efficient mining activities.
• Develop and implement mining plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
• Manage the mine's environmental impact, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in open-pit mining operations.
