Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for mechanical projects.,Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing mechanical engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and CAD software.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
