📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and safe for use.,Plan and coordinate transportation routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain vehicle performance, including fuel efficiency and maintenance records.,Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Train and supervise a team of drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and safety standards.,Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and other stakeholders to address any transportation needs or concerns.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance for reporting and analysis purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver, with a strong driving record and a clean safety record.,Valid driver's license for the type of vehicles being driven.,Knowledge of route planning and navigation software is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.,Experience in managing a team of drivers is a plus.,Ability to use and maintain vehicle maintenance records and reports.
