Zone Web Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for customer service and a strong background in cash handling, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding cash handling and customer service.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.,Monitor cash drawer balances and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance and skills.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of cash and supplies.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and ensure proper documentation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of cashier operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
