Hotel Hendra Kitchen is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to excellence. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, and blenders.,Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area.,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.,Assist in cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and on-site).,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
