PT Kartika Wisesa is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home 2 days a week and in the office 3 days a week. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts.,Support the development of training programs for employees.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
