📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
