📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure food safety, quality, and consistency.,Lead and mentor the culinary team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Maintain accurate food costs and inventory.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen staff schedules and training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Represent the kitchen at company meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
