📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.,Developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.,Managing the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Leading and mentoring the management team to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is desirable.
