📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service, ensuring guests receive prompt and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our in-house POS system.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring all food and beverages are served to the highest quality.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocking, cleaning, and restocking.
• Handle cash transactions and manage guest payments, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Promote our menu items and specials to guests, upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software, such as Square or Toast.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for food and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Valid food handling certificate is a plus.
