📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Monitor branch performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Identify and address customer concerns and complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
