📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Support the Outlet Manager in customer service and sales activities.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Assist in training and developing sales staff.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports.,Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Assist in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
