CIRCUIT Berjaya is a well-established restaurant in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur, looking for a dedicated Assistant Cashier to join our team. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual who can handle cash transactions, manage payments, and provide excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage and process customer payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their orders and inquiries,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and sales,Assist in opening and closing the cash register, including counting and balancing cash,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a cashier or similar role is a plus,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using cash register software,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures,Ability to work well in a team and independently
