📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
