In this role, you'll be using tools like SAP, TradeTracker, and other industry-standard software to manage and track our import-export activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end import-export operations, including customs clearance and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth trade processes.
• Monitor and report on import-export activities using SAP and TradeTracker.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local laws.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the import-export chain.
• Provide support to the sales team in securing new import-export opportunities.
• Analyze trade data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in import-export management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import-export operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP, TradeTracker, and other industry-standard import-export software.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid SIUP (Business License) and NPWP (Tax Identification Number) are a plus.
